Corrective Action

Guidelines for Utah's Corrective Action Process for Leaking Underground Storage Tank Sites. These guidelines provide a framework for incorporating risk-based decisions in Leaking Underground Storage Tank site management.
Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Guide Summary. A summary of what is expected on preparing a CAP.
Guidelines for TPH Fractionation at LUST Sites. A document giving a brief overview of TPH fractionation including analytical methods, and examples of how lab reports should look.
