UST Branch: Facilities with Environmental Institutional Controls
The Utah Department of Environmental Quality is required to maintain a record of the properties subject to environmental institutional controls established under Utah Code, Title 19, Chapter 10. The list below includes LUST sites that have environmental controls established under this statute and pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 57-25-101 et seq and controls established prior to the enactment of this statute. The controls have been recorded by the owner of the real property in the county recorder's office in the county where the real property is located. Copies of the recorded environmental controls can be reviewed in the LUST files of the DERR at 168 North 1950 West, 1st Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116 or from the links listed below.
