MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE RATE LIST FOR EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

Note: These are the allowable rates for consultant owned equipment and standard supplies where a third party vendor with invoice is not provided. Actual reasonable and customary costs when accompanied by invoices are reimbursable. The combination of daily, weekly and monthly rates that result in the least cost to the PST Fund will be used. If a consultant wants to propose renting equipment not on the list, the consultant will be required to submit a market study or other documentation to justify their proposed rate. The Executive Secretary will independently verify the study and set an appropriate rate. Equipment without approved rates will not be reimbursed.
